Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
LadyCare Lifetime LTD have such faith in our products that you can feel free to order and inspect and if you are unhappy you can send it back within 14 days. Please inspect the product carefully before opening it since we cannot accept the return of or give a refund on goods which have been opened and used.
The Company reserves the right to make a handling charge for goods returned.

You may wish to replace the unused return with a different product. In this case only a nominal handling charge will be made, and a new order will be put in hand.
Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the LadyCare Lifetime LTD, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card.
Before returning goods for any reason, please tell LadyCare Lifetime LTD and give reasons for the return.
The returned goods should be carefully packed in their original packaging, to minimize, risk of damage in transit.
Refunds are for the purchase price only, less any relevant handling charge. Return shipping costs and the insurance cost, are the customers responsibility.
Unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Undamaged unwanted goods must be returned in factory condition.

Europe – International Signed For (3-5 days) £7.00
Worldwide – International Signed For (7-10 days) £9.00
